We’re a mid-sized SaaS company with 30 to 150 people. Does this fit?
Yes, that’s exactly the sweet spot. Larger companies often have their own People & Culture structures, smaller ones usually need other levers than coaching. Between 30 and 150 people is the phase where the nervous-system question operationally decides whether growth runs healthily or tips.
Does this work in remote-first setups?
Yes. 1:1 work runs remote, founder coaching runs remote, in-house engagements combine remote sessions with two or three on-site days per quarter. Leadership off-sites are classically on-site, because the format lives off the physical room.
We’ve already had classic mindset training. What’s different here?
Mindset training works with thoughts and beliefs. We additionally work directly with the nervous system, so with breath, perception and reactivity. That’s the lever mindset training doesn’t have, and it explains why after three weeks there’s usually nothing left.
We’re currently in Series-A or Series-B pressure. Is that more helpful or unhelpful?
Both. First: in funding phases the risk of founder burnout is highest. Second: this is also the phase where a quietly embedded coaching format moves the most, because decisions stack up. We usually start with pure founder coaching, team formats come after.
What does the format actually cost?
1:1 founder coaching from ~€3,900 for six sessions. Two-day leadership off-site from ~€8,500 depending on group size. Six-month in-house engagement is an individual concept. Concrete numbers come after the first call, with a clear investment and no obligation.
