We’re a creative agency, not a corporation. Does this even fit?
Yes, especially then. Classic coaching is often built for corporate hierarchies and fits studio setups poorly. We work with the reality of small teams that switch between project peaks and downtime, and with the pressure of having to deliver creatively all the time.
Our creatives are skeptical of coaching. How do you reach them?
I don’t pitch it as coaching, but as a reflection and regulation format. No mindset-speak, no esoterics. We start with concrete observations from studio daily life and work from there. After 90 minutes it’s usually clear whether it brings something or not.
We have quarterly crunches with 60 to 70-hour weeks. Is one workshop enough?
A single workshop is an ignition, no more. If crunch cycles are structural, a modular in-house engagement over two quarters is needed. Otherwise it’s two days of relief and then the old spiral is back.
Online or on-site?
1:1 sessions run online, because that’s logistically more realistic. Studio-wide formats are usually on-site, because the format lives off the body-in-the-room. Hybrid setups are possible, we discuss that in the pre-call.
What does a studio day cost?
Day workshop for teams from 8 people from ~€3,900. Modular six-month in-house engagement is an individual concept. Concrete numbers come after the first call, with a clear investment and no obligation.
