Embodiment over theory
Clarity isn’t a mental construct, it’s a body state. You learn to recognise when you’re deciding from reflex, and how to come back from there. In 60 seconds, in the middle of a meeting.
Understand reactivity
What triggers you? Which patterns keep repeating in conflict? We look closely at the pressure moments and work on staying able to act exactly in those situations.

Leadership is also energy transfer. When you’re settled in yourself, the system settles too. When you’re rushed, the team rushes. That’s not soft, that’s reality. That’s exactly where we start.

For leadership retreats, kick-off events or strategy off-sites. Not a pep talk, but a talk with substance that lands in the body and still holds the next day.
Discretion is standard, not an add-on.
Leadership work is confidential. Content from 1:1 sessions doesn’t leave the room, and I only ask for voices after clients explicitly release them. A logo wall on a coaching site is often the opposite of what executives need. If references matter to you, just ask directly in the first call.

How does a first call work?
30 minutes, online or by phone, free. You tell me briefly what’s going on and where you want to go. I give you honest feedback on whether I’m the right sparring partner or not.
How confidential is the work?
Maximally. Content from 1:1 sessions doesn’t leave the room. For in-house formats we set clear agreements with everyone involved on what gets communicated externally and what stays in the room.
What sets this apart from classic executive coaching?
We don’t only work cognitively. Somatic Experiencing and systemic work go directly into the nervous system and the dynamics of the team. That makes change felt sooner and last longer.
Does this work fully remote?
Yes. Most 1:1 work runs remotely, because that’s easier for many leaders to integrate. In-house days and keynotes are usually on-site, hybrid setups are possible.
What does it cost?
