You briefly tell me what’s going on for you or your team. I listen, ask focused questions, and give you an honest assessment. If the topic fits, we talk about formats. If not, you still leave with something concrete.

You hear directly whether I’m the right sparring partner. If not, I’ll say so openly, and where possible I’ll point you to alternatives.

Even without further booking you leave with a first practical tool that takes effect in daily work right away. Not a lead-magnet PDF, but real substance.

Content from the conversation doesn’t leave the room. Self-evident, no need to talk about it explicitly.
