Master of Education
Master’s degree in education. Scientific basis for didactics, learning theory, group dynamics. Sturdy when a workshop has to be methodologically sound.
I work with executive teams, leadership teams and whole workforces that want to stay clear under pressure. My approach combines Somatic Experiencing, systemic work and Polyvagal Theory as the methodological core. Human Design is available as an optional reflection tool on request. Substance over standard, clarity over self-optimisation.
My path into somatic work wasn’t a straight line. After years in dynamic work environments, I knew what pressure feels like in the body, and how little classic coaching changes that. Mental tools alone aren’t enough when the nervous system is running in the red.
The turn came when I encountered Somatic Experiencing. Suddenly there was a toolkit for exactly the moments where words fail. Then came systemic work, which made team dynamics visible to me, and Polyvagal Theory as a physiological frame for regulation. These three layers are my methodological core today. Human Design is available as an optional individual reflection tool on request.
Today I work with executive teams, leadership teams and whole workforces, especially where standard coaching hits its limits. Strong Energy stands for substance and clear decisions. Soft Flow for breath, regulation, and what lands in the body. Together, the two make leadership that holds.
Academic, methodological, practical. I present qualifications that make sense in a B2B context and actually hold up in daily work.

Multi-year coaching training with a focus on systemic work and somatically oriented methods. Plus continuous further training in Polyvagal Theory (after Stephen Porges) and Somatic Experiencing (after Peter Levine). Ongoing supervision.
Structured marketing training. Relevant in B2B coaching because leaders increasingly bring positioning and language questions. A bridge between method and business reality.
Over ten years of practical embodiment work. Sports B-licence to DSSV standard plus specialisations in Breath Work and Ignite Energy. Multi-year in-house practice at David Lloyd Clubs — the physical foundation that today's somatic coaching builds on.
Education in theory and practice, alongside intensive trainer work in fitness and wellness. Several years at David Lloyd Clubs leading workshops and accompanying teams as in-house trainer and format developer.
Out of this practice, fit2aligned emerged in 2024, with a clear shift from classic fitness training to somatic coaching at executive and leadership level. The methodological core (Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Experiencing, systemic work) carries the underlying concern: regulation capacity as leadership substance.
Based in Hamburg, working remotely or on-site across the DACH region.
Four fields I continuously deepen. No weekend certificates, but trainings with depth and ongoing supervision.
Embodied stress regulation after Dr Peter Levine. A scientifically grounded method, originally from trauma research, today a firm part of modern leadership work. My focus: preventive-regulatory application in a B2B context.
Roles, loyalties, unspoken contracts, the invisible forces in every team. Systemic tools make them visible, without judging and without therapising. In daily coaching, the biggest lever for more honest collaboration.
In a B2B context, not a horoscope or a question of belief, but a pragmatic model for different decision and energy patterns. I use it as a tool, not a worldview.
Hands-on experience in dynamic work environments, plus ongoing work with executive teams and leadership teams. I speak the language of your reality, without slipping into coach-speak.
I don’t believe in weekend transformations and I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all frameworks. I believe in concrete work on real topics, at the pace of the people involved, with tools that hold up in daily work. If something couldn’t be explained in a board meeting, I don’t build it in.
Headset on, notes open, tea on the side, that’s how most days look when there’s no in-house format running. I love working with people who really want to shift things, and yes: there’s also room for laughter in these sessions.
If you want to see more of the unfiltered everyday, on Instagram and TikTok I show both: the substance and the playfulness.
With people and teams who really want to change something, and who are ready to put substance before performance. That’s often executives, C-level or leadership teams in phases where what worked before doesn’t carry anymore.
I don’t only work with the head. Somatic Experiencing goes directly to the nervous system, systemic work to the team dynamic. That makes change felt sooner and last longer than pure conversation formats.
